Seems like one of those weird things akin to the way Fox and Disney used to be able to both use Quicksilver. Both the She-Ra cartoon and Revelation can clearly use the Horde, and Mondo’s toy license includes She-Ra. Yet aspects of the rights are clearly mutually exclusive in some areas.
